- Original condition required – unused and in original packaging
- Free replacement or partial refund – your choice
- Free return shipping on defective or damaged items
- Returns without acceptable reasons not allowed.*Only damaged or defective items are eligible for returns and exchange.

- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

How to Return

Receive authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions.

Package securely: Use original packaging when possible.

Ship it back: Use the prepaid label for defective items and ship it within the acceptable timeframe.
What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged
- Personalized or custom-designed items cannot be returned unless defective.

The shipping address was provided incorrectly, resulting in package getting lost.
- Invalid reasons such as we require it anymore, etc.
